Every order is packed carefully and tracked once it leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Timeframes

Typical delivery times after dispatch:

• USA, UK, EU, Australia: 7 to 12 business days
• Rest of the world: 10 to 15 business days

A tracking number is provided once the package is in transit.

Customs

We pack for international delivery. If you have questions about duties in your country, message us on WhatsApp before you order.

Returns & After-Sales

Transit Damage

If your bag arrives with clear transit damage, contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos or a short video. We will arrange repair, replacement, or a return solution.

Return Condition

For exchange or return, the bag should remain unused with original tags and protective packaging intact where applicable.
